Warranty for Wize products covers defects that occur during the 10-year warranty period, which starts with the first transfer of the product to the consumer.

The warranty is valid on the territory of Europe under the following conditions:

  • the product has been purchased in the Europe (proof of purchase required)
  • the product has been used in accordance with the instruction manual that is supplied with the product

The warranty is invalid if:
  • rules of storage, transportation, installation and use of the product have been broken
  • the product has been mechanically damaged
  • the product has been repaired or modified not by official service center
  • defect in the product was caused by natural disasters, fires, household or other factors beyond the manufacturer’s control
